To the rescue

We both came home the other night completely exhausted. Couscous to the rescue! I’d seen a recipe for couscous with grapes and feta, so we went with it (adding more lemon juice — you know how pregnant me likes acidic things). The whole thing, start to finish, took ten minutes to make.
