Second Green Soup of the Week

Today’s green soup was a broccoli soup. Though healthy — the only ingredients are light broth, one potato, a head of broccoli, onion, and a bit of olive oil (and I added some silken tofu for protein) — it was pretty bland. Lemon juice helped, though.

Served with lemon wedges and oyster crackers, along with a simple salad
